01 · Assessment

Profile evaluation

A criterion-by-criterion first read.

We review your resume, publications, roles, and recognition against each of the ten criteria. You receive a written assessment: which criteria read strongly today, which are developing, and which need focused evidence work before filing.

Deliverables
  • Criterion-by-criterion strengths & gaps write-up
  • Initial recommendation: what to claim vs. hold back
  • Confidence read on Step 1 (3-of-10) position
  • Recommended next steps and estimated time horizon
02 · Strategy

Evidence roadmap

A filing path tailored to your record.

Once we agree on which criteria to file on, we produce a detailed, item-by-item evidence roadmap per criterion: exactly what each claim demands, why, and the form each piece of documentation should take to hold up under USCIS review.

Deliverables
  • Which criteria to claim, which not to claim
  • Itemized exhibit list for each criterion
  • Priority ranking: easy wins, aspirational, long-horizon items
  • Sample outline of how exhibits sit in the filing bundle
03 · Drafting

Criteria arguments

Written for your attorney to review and sign.

Structured draft criterion sections and a final merits narrative, each fully cited to exhibits, written with evidentiary language your immigration attorney can review and finalize. No legal language, no legal conclusions.

Deliverables
  • Per-criterion draft argument sections
  • Summary-of-the-record / final merits chapter
  • Inline exhibit citations with cross-references
  • Attorney-editable Word / Google Docs format
04 · Letters

Recommendation letters

Independent experts, carefully outlined.

We build candidate lists of suitable independent experts, define what each letter should establish, prepare detailed talking-point outlines, and coordinate the drafting and signature process with each letter writer.

Deliverables
  • Independent-expert shortlists per criterion
  • Custom letter outlines with requested specific points
  • Drafts, revision rounds, and signature coordination
  • Final letters stored as indexed exhibits
05 · Profile Building

Gap closing

Evidence development over time, before filing.

If your record needs more substance before filing, we build a multi-month or multi-quarter roadmap: peer review, publications, invited talks, professional memberships, conference chairs, or other qualifying outputs appropriate to your field.

Deliverables
  • Prioritized gap-closing plan with timeline
  • Outreach copy and strategy for memberships
  • Editorial and submission support for publications
  • Check-ins and progress updates on a schedule you set
06 · Exhibits

Exhibit organization

Indexed, labeled, and cross-referenced.

Every exhibit is labeled, bookmarked, indexed, and cross-referenced to the brief argument that cites it. An adjudicator should be able to open the package at any exhibit and trace it back to the claim it supports.

Deliverables
  • Master exhibit index with table of contents
  • Per-criterion exhibit grouping and cover pages
  • Bookmarked combined PDF suitable for e-filing
  • Back-matter cross-reference between brief and exhibits
